Microseven 3-year warranty

To underline Microseven' commitment to its customers and the high quality of its products, Microseven is extending the warranty period from one year to 3 years on most of its network video products.

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and material for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. Microseven or its Return Material Authorization (RMA) partner will replace a defective product under warranty at no cost to the customer.

Note: The 3-year hardware warranty applies to purchases made from January 1, 2009 and onwards.
