Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number
All returns MUST have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. To receive an RMA number, please call Technical Support at (909) 348-5577 during Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time.
PRODUCT(S) HAVE BEEN USED ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN RETURN POLICY.
M7-GN2 is not refundable, it is custom made for each of your projects. We provide technical support at no fee.
All the camera(s) have been requested for pre-installing SD card is not refundable since camera has been customized.
Returen product(s) in 14 days is acceptable within perfect condition and never been used. Restocking fee is charged for 15% of the purchasing. Any shipping charges accrued from Microseven are non refundable unless the return is due to our error. For all M7 series will charge restocking fee.
Return Shipping Instructions
* Return the merchandise to us within 14 days of your original receipt of the order.
– Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
* You MUST call Technical Support at (909) 348-5577 Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific time for RMA number.
* The products must be returned in new, resalable condition:
o Include all original packaging materials.
o All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
o Any programming MUST be reset back to factory default.
* Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise with the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside package.

* We recommend items be shipped with a tracking number.
* You must pay any return shipping expense.
* Returns that do not meet all of the above stated conditions will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Upon receipt of the returned merchandise in good order in accordance with the above and within 30 days of original delivery, we will issue credit to your charge account. You may elect to receive store credit towards another purchase or to simply receive a refund.
All shipping fee when Microseven sending your purchase(s) to you, if it is paid by Microseven, it will be deducted from your refund.
Limited Return Policy
Batteries, transformers, wire, SD card, and hard disk cannot be returned. Furthermore, clearance items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged for another product unless found immediately defective. If the product is defective upon receipt the customer may select to receive store credit from Microseven Systems, LLC or a full refund.
REFUSED SHIPMENT/UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE
If you refuse a package upon delivery or your package is undeliverable due to customer error or oversight, we must charge your card for the shipping cost and shipper fee caused by your decision. This policy applies even if your order was originally shipped to you free of charge.
REQUESTING A RETURN
To request a return, simply submit an RMA Request Form within 5 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, and shrink wrap). We must receive your item back within 5 days from when the RMA# is issued. Please allow us 5 - 10 business days from the time we receive the item to process your return. Merchandise returned with damaged or missing items are not eligible for a refund and will be returned back to the customer at your expense.
After your request is processed (usually within 2-3 days) we will reply with instructions. For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back via traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a possible restocking fee (please see chart below). For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.
Defective Returns: All of our products are backed by our 1 year warranty. We will replace or repair the item if it stops working within one year of the purchase date. If the item shows signs of misuse, it will not be accepted for return. Items returned, that are being claimed as defective or damaged, WILL BE SUBJECT to a 15% restocking fee if they are found to be in working order. This is why we suggest that you contact our Technical Support department prior to requesting a return if you feel that the item is defective. In most cases they will be able to troubleshoot the product over the phone to avoid an unnecessary return. Within 30 days of purchase, a defective item can be returned for exchange of a different item of equal or greater value (customer will be charged for the difference in price).
